having taught students both undergraduate and post graduate , i will totally agree to teach for free cause we have to take care our kind...i meant the medical breed !
This site is great and i think it will be better if we could post discussion forums ie part PACES exams with regards to technique of preparation and presentation.
We could also use this site for general case discussions.
